In an effort to get to know and support our membership, the board is giving any member who has a business, product, or service (that they would like to inform our membership about) an opportunity to publish their business card in the 2008-09 Membership Directory.  Therefore, if you would like to have your business card printed in the Directory please send it to Rose Wilson, 295 Tapitio Dr, 83401 no later than August 1st.  This service is only open to paid members of the Idaho Falls Newcomers Club.

**The Newcomers Club is in no way promoting, endorsing or sponsoring any of these businesses.  The Newcomers Club cannot be held libel due to any problems associated with these businesses.**

We still have a number of members who have not renewed their membership for the 2008-09 year.  Where else in Idaho Falls can you find Fantastic Friendships, Great Fun and Fabulous Food for only $12 a year.  Hurry and send your dues to Cathy McDonough, 215 Whisper Cove, 83404 so you will not miss any of the wonderful activities planned for the coming year!  Deadline to be listed in the Membership Directory is August 1st.

Clay Target Shooting

Join us at Western Wings in Roberts for a morning of clay target shooting, Sat. August 9th at 9 AM.

Instructions, a box of shells, clay targets and gun rental will be all provided.  Wear comfortable shoes and sun glasses.  Bring your husband, or come alone.  This is a great opportunity to try something new at a very reasonable price.  You'll be amazed at how much fun it is and how soon you are breaking targets.

After shooting a "Prime Rib" sandwich lunch will be provided by Western Wings in their beautiful club house.

Shooting and lunch is $20 per person.

RSVP to Linda Windels by Aug. 4th at 542-5056 or lov2fsh2@yahoo.com

Directions to Western Wings:  Take I 15 north to the Roberts exit.  At the top of the off ramp turn left and cross over the highway.  Turn right at the first farm road (it's right after the southbound off ramp and there is a Western Wings sign there) and follow the signs to the club.  Their phone number is 228-2581.
